Built around the place.
Not around a template.

03 — A system in practice

Useful AI needs
a useful system around it.

A tested eight-step workflow connects business intake, website review, structured lead storage, Claude, Make and email delivery.

~69 sec visible response after resequencing

Key decisionWhen an added quality stage doubled the visible wait, the workflow was resequenced. The browser response returned to roughly 69 seconds while email refinement continued afterwards.

Practical questions

Good to know
before we begin.

01What if my photos and text are not ready?

It is fine to begin with unfinished material. I can help you choose the strongest photos, decide what is missing and draft the words with you.

02How much technical work is required from me?

You explain the business in plain language. I handle the design, build, hosting and technical setup, then explain the decisions that affect you.

03How long does a website take?

Usually one to three weeks, depending on the package and when the content is ready. You receive a clear schedule before work starts.

04Will the website work on phones and be understandable to search tools?

Yes. Each site is designed responsively and keeps the build lean, with clear structure around your services, location and audience. That gives search engines and AI-assisted discovery tools useful context without promising a ranking.

05Do I own the website?

Yes. The site, files and domain are yours. You are not tied to Vela to keep it running.

06What kind of automation is a good first project?

A repeated, well-understood task: following up an enquiry, handing a confirmed job to the next person, preparing a client update or keeping the next action visible. We begin with one bottleneck and keep a human check wherever judgement matters.

07Can a website and an automation work together?

Yes. The website can bring in clearer enquiries, while a small workflow acknowledges, organises and tracks what happens next.
